Newson Art is an independent UK art studio offering original artworks, prints, and commissions.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any connected systems.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

3. Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, colours and textures may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to display settings.
All artworks are subject to availability. If an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund where applicable.

4. Ordering process

To place an order, you must:

1. Select your chosen artwork or print.

2. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details.

3. Confirm and submit your order via our checkout page.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• The artwork is no longer available;

• Payment is not authorised; or

• We suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at the time of order via our secure payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).
We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you confirm your order.

6. Delivery and shipping

We deliver within the United Kingdom (and internationally where stated).
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

While we take care to ensure prompt dispatch, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To do so, please contact us at newsonartcollections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Exceptions:

• Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Commissions

For commissioned artworks:

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 25–50%) may be required before work begins.

• The remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch.

• Once commissioned work begins, cancellations are not accepted unless agreed in writing.

We retain the right to reproduce images of commissioned works for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on this Site—including images, text, graphics, artwork, and logo—is protected by copyright law and remains the property of Newson Art or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to you.

You may, however, display purchased physical artwork in your private home or premises.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Site or products.

• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the price paid for the artwork concerned.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
